• What is Scented?

  Scented is a monthly subscription service, where customers can choose from our ever growing number of fragrances and exclusive Scented fragrances without paying for shipping. Plans start at $10 a month!
• Can I change my fragrances?

  Yes, you can! 7 days before we charge for next month, we will send you an email telling you that your Scented subscription renewal is coming up. Once your card is charge you will have to wait until next month to change your fragrances.
• How do I cancel my Scented subscription?

  Sorry to see you go! You can cancel right from your Scented Dashboard! No need to talk to humans or emailing back and forth.
• Does my Scented subscription cancel right away?

  Yes and No. We will not charge you anymore but you still have a chance to renew again. If you have a cancelled your Scented subscription, you have until your renewal date to activate it again. Once your renwal date has past your Scented subscription will offically be cancelled.
• How do I check to see if my Scented package has shipped?

  Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. If you didn't receive an email, please log into your account and go to your Scented dashboard and then scroll down until you see "My Scented Orders". Click/tap on more informarion button.
